All prices are shown in Euros per person and include applicable VAT. As an independent intermediary, our prices may include a small booking and service fee — this is always disclosed upfront. The price in your payment link is the price you pay. No surprises.
🔁 Flexible Cancellation
Plans change. That is why we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations more than 7 days before your tour, 50% refund between 3 and 7 days. Free date changes available with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

We believe in complete transparency. Our booking process is designed to protect you — you are never charged until your booking is confirmed.
Submit a request. Complete the booking form on our website with your preferred tour, date, and number of participants. No payment required at this stage.
We check availability. Our team manually reviews your request and checks availability within 1–2 business days.
We confirm or suggest alternatives. We email you to confirm availability or propose alternative dates if your chosen date is unavailable.
You receive a secure payment link. Once you accept, we send a payment link valid for 48 hours. All payments are SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS-compliant.
Your Booking Confirmation Voucher arrives. After successful payment, your voucher is delivered instantly by email. Your booking is confirmed — bring it on the day, printed or on your phone.

Submitting a booking request does NOT constitute a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a Booking Confirmation Voucher by email after completing payment.
