1. About Our Booking Process
Amsterdam Museum Tours (operated by ZOYO Travel B.V.) is an independent ticket reseller and booking intermediary for selected Amsterdam experiences. We are not the official operator of venues unless explicitly stated.
Our website uses a booking request system. Submitting a request does NOT constitute a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a Booking Confirmation Voucher by email after completing payment.
How the booking process works:
1. Submit a booking request — complete the form on our website with your preferred tour, date, and participant details.
2. Manual review — Within 2 hours you will receive an email confirming availability.
3. Confirmation or alternatives — we email you to confirm availability or suggest alternative dates.
4. Secure payment link — once you accept, we send you a payment link valid for 48 hours.
5. Booking Confirmation Voucher — after successful payment your voucher is sent by email. Your booking is confirmed.
Payment links expire after 48 hours. If payment is not received in time, the provisional booking will be released.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are displayed per person unless otherwise stated.
As an independent booking intermediary, our prices may be higher than the official venue price. The difference reflects our booking and service fee, which covers:
• Manual availability checking and booking management
• Customer support before, during, and after your tour
• Flexible payment processing
• Assistance with changes, cancellations, and refunds
The price shown at the time your payment link is issued is the price you will pay. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to issuing the payment link.
Starting prices shown in advertisements reflect the lowest available per-person price for the relevant tour category. Final pricing depends on tour selection, date, and group size and is confirmed in the payment link.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Payment is completed via a secure, encrypted payment link sent to your email address. We do not accept payment through the website form, by phone, or by bank transfer.

All transactions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your card details.
You will never be asked to provide payment details directly through our contact form, by email, or by phone.
4. Voucher Delivery (“Shipping”)
Amsterdam Museum Tours is a fully digital service. We do not ship physical tickets, packages, or goods. All bookings are fulfilled electronically via email.
4.1 How Your Voucher Is Delivered
• Your Booking Confirmation Voucher is sent to the email address provided in your booking request.
• Delivery is automatic and immediate upon successful payment processing.
• The voucher is sent in PDF format as an email attachment.
• No physical delivery, postal service, or courier is involved.
4.2 Delivery Timeframe
Vouchers are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to email provider delays. If you have not received your voucher within 1 hour of payment, please contact us at

4.3 What the Voucher Contains
• Tour name, date, and time
• Meeting point address and instructions
• Number of participants
• Unique booking reference number
• Guide or operator contact information (where applicable)
• Any special instructions relevant to your tour
4.4 Presenting Your Voucher
Please bring your voucher on the day of your tour, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. Our guides and partner venues accept digital vouchers.
If you do not receive your voucher, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. Ensure the email address provided in your booking request is correct.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to
[email protected]. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
If we cancel a tour (due to force majeure, insufficient group size, or guide unavailability) you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Changes to a Confirmed Booking
Requests to change a confirmed booking (e.g. different date or number of participants) must be submitted at least 48 hours before the tour start time. Changes are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee of €5.

7. Payment Security
• All payment pages are secured with SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS).
• Transactions are processed by a PCI DSS‑compliant payment provider.
• We never store full card numbers on our servers.
• You will never be asked for payment details via email or our contact form.
• If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from us, please do not pay and contact us immediately.
